Open Access Article by Kathy Peng and CDR Members Featured in Traffic

In an open access article in Traffic, first author Kathy Peng, corresponding authors Paul Mathews and Efrat Levy, and other members of the Center for Dementia Research, share their findings that demonstrate that APOE2 enhances an endosomal clearance pathway, which has been shown to be impaired by APOE4 and which may be protective due to APOE2 expression during brain aging. The piece, titled “Apolipoprotein E2 Expression Alters Endosomal Pathways in a Mouse Model with Increased Brain Exosome Levels During Aging,” is available in the May 25 edition.
